The long elevator ride up was quiet 388 floors meant they had time. Wile E Coyote and Damien stood in the elevator, black stealth suits and worn tactical armor stood out against the polished flooring and chromed out trim. Weapons checks and gear run downs were being performed in near silence before Damien broke it.
“What’s the plan when we get up there? You never told me what we would do if we made it this far.”
A grimace from Wile E. Before he pulled out a sign ‘KILL THEM ALL’ and then another one as the previous one fell into hammer space, ‘LET GOD SORT THEM OUT’.
INTRODUCTION
Combining cartoons with the real world is nothing new but, why not make it into a TTRPG set in a cyberpunk hellscape.
STATE OF THE WORLD
Following a series of resource wars and two more world wars the world Looney Tunes 2099 is one of megacorps, cybernetic accelerations and a dying world. Early space colonies are in effect with the lunar colony being the most developed. Corporate warfare is a consistent issue and stratification of society continues to worsens.
Megacorps-

Companies with the ability to project power like states, the larger of the group remain able to project power like a state.
State Actors
The major world states are radically different from the 21st century. While they ‘control’ larger volumes territory the actual power they have can project remains strained.
HUMAN ON TOON WARFARE
Overkill is the only way to kill them, high explosives, large calibre rounds, and volume of fire is the most effective way to kill something that can casually survive a grand piano falling on their head.

WEAPONS
Ballistics - Throw rock really fast remains a principle of non toon weapon development. Rail weapons remain the newest development after the adoption caseless flechettes in the 2030s.
Melee - Swords, axes, hammers and shields remain viable for augmented individuals to use in combat.
CBRN - Weapons of the banned variety, capable of inflicting death ranging from acute radiation poisoning to hyper anthrax to dimethylmercury based poisons.
TOON WEAPONS- Able to use human weapons as well as an affinity for improvised objects like safes and anvils.

AUGMENTATION
“Despite all attempts the only way a Toon has been augmented has been to upload them.” -Anonymous ACME Scientist
- Cybernetic- The use of mechanical equipment to improve an individual
- Biological- The use of biological and chemical enhancements, less effective but not as disfiguring to the psyche as cybernetic enhancements
- Psychoses- To much augmentation makes one go a wee bit looney.
AI
Following the findings of the “Study on Viability of Uploading Cartoons” the megacorps uploaded a few Toons and turned them into AI platforms. The absurd computing resources required to keep said toon running has caused them to be limited and rare. ACME demonstrated the first AI with Tweety Bird being turned into an AGI.
